1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any service provided by NeuralNet Project Management ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including Coincident Peak Watch, project management consulting services, and downloadable templates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and customers of NeuralNet Project Management.
2. Description of Services
NeuralNet Project Management provides the following services:
- Coincident Peak Watch - An AI-powered email alert service providing daily forecasts of Coincident Peak risk for the PJM electrical grid. Delivered via email each morning during and around the Coincident Peak season (approximately June 1 through September 30).
- Fractional Project Management Consulting - Professional program management services provided on a part-time or project basis.
- Project Management Templates - Downloadable digital templates for project planning and program management, sold through Gumroad.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
Coincident Peak Watch Subscriptions
Coincident Peak Watch is offered as a seasonal subscription (June through September) or annual subscription. Pricing is listed on the Coincident Peak Watch page and is subject to change with notice to existing subscribers.

Templates
Templates are sold as one-time digital purchases through Gumroad. All sales are subject to Gumroad's terms of service. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
Consulting Services
Consulting engagements are governed by separate agreements executed between NeuralNet Project Management and the client at the time of engagement.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Coincident Peak Watch provides forecasts based on historical data and AI modeling. Past model performance does not guarantee future accuracy. Coincident Peak days are determined by PJM Interconnection after the fact, and no forecast system can predict them with certainty.
By subscribing to Coincident Peak Watch, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Forecasts are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional energy advice.
- NeuralNet Project Management is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on our forecasts.
- Actual Coincident Peak days may differ from forecasted high-risk days.
- The financial impact of any load curtailment actions you take based on our alerts is solely your responsibility.
- You should consult with a qualified energy professional before making significant operational changes based on our forecasts.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, models, code, templates, and materials provided by NeuralNet Project Management are the intellectual property of NeuralNet Project Management and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Templates purchased through Gumroad are licensed for personal and internal business use only. Resale or redistribution is prohibited.
- Coincident Peak Watch forecasts and alerts are for the personal use of the subscriber only. Redistribution of forecast data without written permission is prohibited.
- The underlying AI model, methodology, and code used by Coincident Peak Watch are proprietary and confidential.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services to:
- Redistribute, resell, or commercialize our forecast data or templates without written permission.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or replicate our AI models or methodology.
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services or servers.
- Share subscription credentials with third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeuralNet Project Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, or business interruption, arising from your use of or reliance on our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
8. Privacy and Data
We collect your name and email address when you subscribe to Coincident Peak Watch or contact us. We use this information solely to deliver our services and communicate with you about your subscription.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- We use SendGrid to deliver email alerts. Your email address is processed through their platform in accordance with their privacy policy.
- You may unsubscribe at any time by replying to any alert email or contacting us at contact@neuralnetpm.com.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@neuralnetpm.com. We will process your cancellation within 24 hours.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
